Dr. Rubjeet Singh Grover is the visionary Director of the CSJS Group of Companies, a diversified business group with a rich heritage dating back to 1880. As a fifth-generation entrepreneur, he has successfully blended tradition with innovation, carrying forward his family’s legacy while expanding into new industries with remarkable vision and leadership.

Beginning his entrepreneurial journey in 2001 through the import-export sector, Dr. Grover quickly established himself as a dynamic business leader. In 2005, he entered the entertainment industry by founding a music company that won the Best Religious Album of the Year in its debut year. Over the years, the company produced more than 100 devotional albums and numerous telefilms and documentaries, making a significant contribution to India’s cultural and spiritual landscape.

Driven by a passion for hospitality, he launched Café Green in 2013, introducing a European-style café experience. In 2018, he founded Amritsar Haveli, a traditional Punjabi restaurant chain dedicated to preserving the authentic flavours, culture, and hospitality of Punjab. Today, the brand is recognised for its exceptional food quality, impeccable hygiene, warm hospitality, and memorable dining experience.

Under Dr. Grover’s leadership, Amritsar Haveli has expanded rapidly across India and continues to grow through an ambitious franchise model with a vision of reaching 1,000 locations. His commitment to innovation, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strong team leadership has transformed the organization into one of India’s fastest-growing hospitality brands, earning national recognition and setting new benchmarks in the restaurant industry.
