Dr. Rubjeet Singh Grover is the dynamic, hands-on Director of the CSJS Group of Companies — a multi-faceted business empire with deep-rooted heritage dating back to 1880 A.D. As the fifth-generation torchbearer of a legacy steeped in printing and publishing Sikh Religious Literature, Rubjeet brings visionary leadership and a wealth of industry expertise to the forefront of modern entrepreneurship.
With a focus on Business Development, Operations, Manufacturing, Import-Export, Entertainment, and Hospitality, Rubjeet has skillfully transformed his family enterprise into a diversified powerhouse.
His entrepreneurial journey began in 2001, entering the Import-Export sector. In 2005, driven by a passion for culture and creativity, he founded a music company that received the Best Religious Album of the Year award in its inception year. This venture went on to produce over 100 albums and 15 telefilms/documentaries, making a lasting impact in devotional and cultural music.
In 2013, Rubjeet expanded into the F&B sector with the launch of Café Green, a European-style coffee bar concept that marked a strong debut.
Continuing his commitment to innovation rooted in tradition, Dr. Rubjeet established Amritsar Haveli in 2018 — Traditional Punjabi Restaurant Chain known for its Authentic Food, Hospitality, Impeccable Hygiene, and Quality Dining Experience. Under his leadership, Amritsar Haveli has seen exponential growth, with a bold vision to scale up to 1,000 locations via an aggressive franchising model.
Throughout his career, Dr. Rubjeet has diversified his brands’ product lines to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering superior products. As a dynamic leader and self-sufficient innovator, he is equally adept in the executive boardroom and on the manufacturing floor. A savvy negotiator, Dr. Rubjeet is recognized for his strong business development and relationship-building skills. His innate talent for building high-performance teams, including his strategically chosen executive management, has been a catalyst for growth and has fostered a productive work environment. In 2019, Dr.Rubjeet received the Most Dynamic Entrepreneur of North India award at the Indian Business Awards and was also named Entrepreneur of the Year at the Business Excellence Awards.
